What Makes EnerPHit Different?

Where other retrofit standards rely on assumptions, EnerPHit uses the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) for precise modelling. We thermally model your house, geo-locating it, model any obstacles in the location that will affect the solar gain, in-put u-vales, etc; before carrying out complex calculations using the PHPP software.

In-use performance closely matches predicted performance, eliminating the ‘performance gap’.
