Sometimes a house design just needs that extra spark. Or you need the confidence to move forward.

That moment where someone with a fresh eye steps in and says,
“What if we did it this way…?”

That’s where ELEVATE comes in.

We’ll take your house plans – whether they’re early concepts, construction drawings, or detailed design – and give them a focused, high-impact design review. We’ll look at how to make your home feel better, work better, and look better. It might be a bold new idea, a subtle shift in proportions, or a clever tweak that transforms a room’s light, flow, or sense of space.

But mostly, it gives you the confidence to know you are moving in the right direction.

This is not a generic checklist. It’s a one-to-one, 1 hour creative-what’s-possible-session with our Design Director, Roisin McCann; OR

a one-to-one, 1 hour technical-what’s-possible-session with our Technical Director & Passive House Consultant Martin Marshall.

Why now?

Honestly – we’ve been asked for this for years.
People send us their plans all the time asking for “just a quick opinion.” The truth is, a proper appraisal takes serious thought and focus. It’s intensive on Roisin & Martin’s time. So we’re finally offering it as an official service – but in very limited numbers.

How it works

Firstly, you book a time.  Spaces are very limited. On booking a time, you will be asked for payment – £275 +VAT

Then, you send us your plans, elevations, or concept sketches. Give us an idea of the problem and what you are trying to achieve.

For example: “We have planning approval – but have taken ‘the wobbles’.  We want a second voice; our open plan area feels too big – how can we section the space and make it feel more interesting?”

Then you will be sent a zoom link to meet with Roisin or Martin for an hour.  He / She will firstly ask many questions to fully understand the problem.  They may draw on the screen, chat to you, give suggestions and listen to your feedback.

We’ll only take on a few ELEVATE sessions per month. Once they’re gone, they’re gone – until we decide to release more slots.
