Delighted to be shortlisted for the prestigious Royal Society of Ulster Architects (RSUA) Awards 2022.
Our Foyle House was shortlisted from a number of amazing projects; whittled down to 9 shortlisted buildings.
Having gotten through the first round, we now have to meet the panel of Judges – consisting of architects from across Ireland & Britain: from the RIAI, RIBA & sustainability experts.
For the first time, the building has to be occupied for a minimum of 12 months before being eligible for an award; meaning occupancy comfort, sustainability and building performance are being considered as key factors in the judging process.

The awards ceremony will be held in the Great Hall, Queens University Belfast on 29th April. Good luck to all those shortlisted!
