Our Belfast Kitchen & Dining Extension has been featured in June 2023 edition of Irelands Homes Interiors & Living magazine.

Designed to maximise the light coming into the space, and to maximise the space, the pivotal decision by the clients was to have a utility cupboard, rather than a utility room. The hidden utility cupboard meant that the washing machine, etc is out of view; there is space for all laundry requirements; but the corridor space needed for a utility room is given over to the dining space.

This meant that the dining space was bigger; but also meant that we could have larger glass doors.  Increasing both the light & the connection to the garden.

A small canopy area also draws the eye out to the garden & allows use of the garden in our slightly inclement weather.
